Terms of Service

The Owner confirms that all information contained within this form is correct to the best of their knowledge and that no pertinent information concerning their pet has been knowingly withheld.

The Owner is solely responsible for any and all harm or damage caused by their pet while it is under the care of Stardust Pet Care, or is using any other services provided by Stardust Pet Care, and agrees to indemnify Stardust Pet care in full against any liability arising from such harm or damage to third parties.

The Owner agrees that, in accepting care of their pet, Stardust Pet Care has relied on the Owner’s representation that their pet is in good health and has not harmed or shown aggression toward any person or any other pets unless otherwise stated in this form.

All pets will be subject to an initial assessment by Stardust Pet Care prior to using their services. Stardust Pet Care reserves the right to refuse admission to any pet deemed in their absolute discretion to be, or have the potential to be, dangerous or disruptive.

The Owner agrees to notify Stardust Pet Care immediately of any unwelcome, aggressive, procreative, or dangerous behaviour of their pet that has potential to cause harm to any other pet or individual.

Stardust Pet Care will only let dogs off the lead if agreed in advance with the owner, and this will remain at the discretion of Stardust Pet Care.

The Owner is responsible for the full cost of treatment of any injuries or illness that their pet receives while under the care of Stardust Pet Care, together with any associated costs, e.g. call out charges. The owner authorises Stardust Pet Care to seek such veterinary advice and/or treatment as they deem necessary; where possible this will be carried out by the Owner’s usual/preferred Vet, but this cannot be guaranteed (e.g. in an emergency) and the Owner accepts that Stardust Pet Care may at their discretion use any registered Vet. The Owner agrees to pay all such costs immediately.

The Owner agrees to provide keys/arrange access to the pet for the agreed appointment; failure to do so will result in a cancellation for that day’s service and will be paid in full by the Owner.

You agree to photos and videos of your pet being used and posted by Stardust Pet Care on social media and advertising materials for marketing purposes, unless stated otherwise in writing.

Updates to any of our Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website at www.stardustpetcare.co.uk under our Terms of Service section. It is the Owner's responsibility to keep up to date with any changes to the Terms and Conditions.
